ABOUT

I didn't set out to build a consulting firm. I set out to solve a problem.

A note from the founder.

The pattern I kept finding

Throughout my career, I kept finding the same problem in different organizations. The strategy was clear. The goals were ambitious. The people were capable. But somewhere between vision and execution, progress stalled.

Teams worked hard but weren't aligned. Processes couldn't keep up with growth. Leaders carried too much because the structure hadn't caught up to the business they were building.

What I came to understand is that most organizations don't struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because growth creates complexity. And complexity creates gaps.

Building between vision and execution

For more than a decade, I've worked across operations, strategy, and organizational leadership. Connecting teams, aligning priorities, and translating strategy into action.

The organizations I admire most aren't the ones with the perfect plan. They're the ones who create clarity around what matters, build the structures to execute consistently, and keep moving forward when growth gets hard.

That's the work I do best. And it's the work West House Advisory was built to do.

How I work

I'm not a recommendation consultant. I work alongside leadership teams, embedded in the day-to-day, building the operational foundation a business needs to scale. Strategic when it counts. Hands-on always.

Beyond the work

I'm a wife, mother, ranch owner, and entrepreneur. Those roles shape my leadership as much as any title. They've taught me that growth requires intention, that strong foundations matter, and that the best things are built one deliberate step at a time.
